The Arakab dryland cropping farm situated on 2 titles has been an important part of the farming aggregation supplying grains and hay for a Beef feedlot business.

Being of a good sizable scale at 893Ha or 2207 acres with 1834 acres considered good arable cropping land with the
balance being the Homestead and shed area and some rougher stony grazing country and areas of scrub more suited to livestock primarily on section 364.

Arakab is equipped with very usable infrastructure associated with the farm such as a 4 bedroom home and shedding.

Until recently the farm has been a mixed farm running 500 ewes plus the cropping program,
